Gentlemen:

Please be advised that the parties have fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter to negotiate and reach an agreement regarding the WBO Super Middleweight Elimination contest between the above-mentioned contestants. Within the next seventy-two (72) hours upon receipt of this letter, both contestants must confirm in writing if they are available, willing and able to participate in the subject contest as ordered by this Committee. If any of said participants does not comply with the provisions set forth herein, the WBO World Championship Committee will determine and select the next available contender and proceed accordingly. Furthermore, if an accord is not reached within the time frame established herein, a Purse Bid will be ordered pursuant with the WBO Regulations of World Championship Contests.

The minimum acceptable bid for the WBO Super Middleweight Division is $300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Dollars). Any of the parties involved may request a purse bid procedure at any time during the negotiation process.
