Gentlemen:

We make reference to the November 6th 2015 Resolution to sanction the Timothy Bradley vs. Brandon Rios title bout, where we state that the winner has ten (10) days after the bout to negotiate an agreement to face WBO Mandatory Challenger, Sadam Ali.

If the parties reach an accord, please inform the WBO Championship Committee Chairman, Luis Batista Salas to allow the Committee to proceed in accordance with the agreement reached and WBO Regulations of World Championship Contests.

Please be advised the parties may request a Purse Bid at any time.
