Universum insolvency

Dear Sirs

As you may have learned from current press reports, Universum Box-Promotion has filed for insolvency on Monday, 19 November 2012.

However, please be advised that business operations will continue and all boxers currently represented by Universum Box-Promotion will remain under contract and continue their careers as such notwithstanding any possible outcome of the insolvency proceedings.

We will of course keep you informed about the current proceedings. In the meantime, we would be very grateful to you if you would kindly inform all promoters licensed by your Federation about the above and are looking forward to continue our  cooperation.
