Mori is the new WBO Asia Pacific Champion

🇯🇵 Musashi Mori (8-0, 6 KOs) defeated 🇵🇭 Richard Pumicpic (21-9-2, 6 KOs) via technical split decision to grab the WBO Asia Pacific Featherweight Championship at the Aioi Hall in Aichi, Japan.

The former champion Pumicpic suffered a cut in the 5th round from a head clash. He escaped the first inspection, but the doctor waved the bout off in a second inspection. That took us to the score cards: 49-47 (Mori), 48-47 (Pumicpic), and 49-46 (Mori).
